Until 2016 I was based in Ryde, NSW and was offering a call out service to all suburbs within a 50 minute drive from Ryde. I am now based overseas and providing customers in Australia with a professional remote PC support service. I have remote desktop software that allows me to see and control your desktop (with your permission).
The phone number shown above is a Skype number and allows you to call me for the cost of a local call. The missed call messaging system is not very good so if you can't get me on the phone number above then just email me and I will get back to you. The audio quality is very good and I have unlimited call time to landlines in Australia. You can also call me from your mobile phone at local call rates.
As long as you have a good internet connection then I can log in and look at your PC. With good audio quality on phone calls it is much the same as having me sit next to you while you describe what problems you want fixed on your PC.
Work is usually charged at $70/hour. If you prefer I can give you a fixed price quote based on a description of the problem.
